Philosophy
Sustainability isn't just part of corporate agendas, sustainability affects each and every one of us.
I am a sustainably thinking occupational health specialist who continuously applies and develops a preventive approach to health protection in your company.
In my opinion healthy behaviour at work requires appropriate knowledge.
Only literate people are able to take the responsibility to look after their health.
My focus is on a healthy mental working environment, an ergonomic concept, healthy nutrition and on optimising the organisation in the company.
So that your company remains successful in the long term!
What I do for your company
You are an employer looking for a committed company doctor for occupational health care of your company?
Then you've come to the right place!
By law (ASiG) every employer is required to organise the health and safety of the employees within the company.
Every company must prepare and document a risk assessment (§5 ArbSchG and §6 ArbSchG).
Appropriate health and safety measures shall be derived from the risk assessment.
The effectiveness of these measures shall be reviewed and if necessary adapted to changing circumstances.
Depending on the size (number of employees) and risk group of your company (I, II or III), different supervision models are possible or required in accordance with the DGUV Regulation 2.
With my help, you can fulfil your obligations as an employer and your employees can have the necessary occupational health checks carried out in accordance with ArbMedVV.
The reason for an occupational medical check-up is based on the risk assessment.
This allows to determine whether employees at work are exposed to chemical, physical, biological or mental hazards.
The ArbMedVV determines the general conditions wether the preventive medical check-up is mandatory, optional or desired and if, e.g. biomonitoring or vaccination is advisable as part of prevention.
What can you do to stay healthy at work?
There is no one-size-fits-all answer. It is well known that the success of a company depends on a large extent on healthy, motivated and productive employees and managers.
I would be happy to help you set up a sustainable and effective occupational health management system (OHM).
This helps to increase motivation and performance by finding the right solutions to maintain and improve the health of your employees.
As an appointed company doctor I provide advice and support to the company management in the areas of occupational health prevention and human-centred design of working conditions.
I am looking forward to your enquiry.
